Assist in the development, coordination and tracking of projects and tasks assigned to VP/COO and the Director of Accreditation Compliance & PI.    It involves the development and preparation of information products for CHC.  It requires proficiency with analytical tools (Excel), use of presentation software, strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.  Provides support to both the VP/COO and the Director of Accreditation Compliance & PI including report generation and trending.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field required.  Master’s degree preferred.

1-2 years experience in Healthcare Administration/Operations/Quality Improvement.  Project coordination and management experience required.   Knowledge of various computer software packages with expert skills in Microsoft Excel and database management.

Must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
