| Information | The Customer Service Associate – Level II (CSA-II) serves as the primary contact for patients and other customers attempting to schedule an appointment, reach their provider, or ask general questions involving CHC. The CSA-2 is responsible for providing first class customer service and ensures that all necessary data is completed properly, accurately and thoroughly. In addition, communicates to the patient pertinent information with regard to any financial balances and/or any instructions prior to and upon arrival of schedule appointments. The CSA -II provides customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers and strives to continuously improve service delivery. |
| Requirements | High school diploma or equivalent is required; some business classes, vocational/technical training preferred. At least 1 year previous experience in a medical office setting is required. Previous experience in a call center environment preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) communications skills preferred; Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues; Ability to resolve issues of conflict in a tactful and professional manner and to effectively diffuse irate callers; Must have good typing and computer skills. |
