A Central Florida health care organization is seeking a CEO who will administer, implement and direct all aspects of corporate operations in accord with the policies of the Board of Directors and funding agencies.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) administers implements and directs all aspects of corporate operations in accordance with the policies of the Board of Directors and funding agency (ies).

The CEO organizes and coordinates the functions of the satellite centers through appropriate departmentalization and delegation of duties;

Coordinates and integrates administrative management with the clinical aspects of the centers overall programs and presents information to the governing Board as a basis for sound decisions when rendering policy and program directives;

Develops maintains effective public relations with the community, other health care institutions/providers, civic organizations, national, state/local groups.

Bachelor's Degree required; Masters in Healthcare Administration or related field also required. 

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in health care administration or a related field and a minimum of 8 years management experience in health care and a minimum of 5 of those in a senior level leadership position.

Superior leadership skills, understanding of health delivery systems, excellent oral and written communication abilities., ability to motivate all levels of staff, and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
